ASTER
Aster (he/they) is finishing a BA in English Honours and Creative Writing and plans to pursue a master’s in medieval studies. He’s interested in well-crafted prose, with a focus on fantasy and queer romance. He’s currently researching the chthonic Greek gods, 18th-century piracy, and medieval households. Erin Staley is a Montreal-based writer pursuing a BA in English and Creative Writing. Jacqueline (she/her) is a Tiohtià:ke (Montreal)-based wordsmith with a flair for editing and proofreading. By day, she’s a copywriter and journalist, but by night, she’s getting cozy and reading the latest in her backlog of approximately fifteen hundred books. Tony (he/him) is a poet and writer from St. John’s Newfoundland currently living and studying in Montreal. Leila is a Lebanese-Canadian student working on her BA in Classics with a Minor in Arabic Languages and Culture. She has a deep love of Andalusian and medieval Arabic literature. When not reading or studying, she pursues her passion for knitting, and teaches sustainable and slow-fashion practices to her students.
